Refund policy

In Home Trial Period - Items within the ZAFIRO collection may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

General Terms - Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included packing materials and no signs of use. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs.

Refunds - If approved for Refund, Buyer will receive a full refund less any shipping charges and less any expense required to return the item to saleable condition.
